Our Adult Taekwondo program is designed for Ages 13 and up with 50-minute sessions. This comprehensive Taekwondo and self-defense program teaches practical skills to protect yourself while improving physical fitness and self-confidence. All experience levels are welcome — from complete beginners to returning practitioners.

You'll train under Master Dongkyu Lee — a 6th Dan Black Belt, Kukkiwon-certified International Master Instructor, and a nationally ranked Poomsae champion with over 30 years of experience. This is world-class instruction available right here in Folsom, CA.

We offer classes for all ages, from young children to adults. Our programs are tailored to different skill levels and goals.

No prior experience is required! We welcome beginners as well as experienced martial artists looking to refine their skills.

Comfortable athletic wear is fine for your first class. If you decide to continue, we'll guide you on getting a uniform and gear.

We recommend attending at least two classes per week for steady improvement, but you can train more frequently based on your goals.

We go beyond physical training to focus on building strong character.
